Billing
Exodus is a cash-based physical therapy practice, which allows for cost transparency and comprehensive care that is not dictated by insurance contracts. We do not take insurance, but we are happy to provide the necessary documentation that you would need to file for possible out-of-network reimbursement or for the fees to be applied toward your deductible. If you have questions about billing, rates, or reimbursement please contact us.
Referrals
Nevada allows direct access to physical therapy. This means that you can see a physical therapist without a referral. Dry needling does not require referral either. Contact us regarding questions about this.
