Dr. Patel is a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist with a strong background in
outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy. He pursued his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the
University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida after completing his undergraduate degree in
Rehabilitation Sciences at Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, Georgia.
Kaushal has been practicing in the outpatient orthopedic setting for 4 years, assisting patients
regain their mobility and quality of life. He has vast experience in injury rehabilitation of the
athlete, vestibular and balance therapy, pre and post operative rehabilitation, and preventative
wellness. Dr. Patel prides his work in taking a highly customized, goal-oriented, hands-on
approach with his patients, utilizing his experience in manual therapy, one-on-one stretching, and
his certification in Dry Needling to improve musculoskeletal dysfunction and pain.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Kaushal enjoys playing golf and pickleball. He is
passionate about working with athletes, CrossFitters, golfers, and runners to assist them in
returning to their preferred activities and regaining their quality of life.

With over 8 years of clinical experience, Chandler Fox brings a unique blend of expertise working with professional athletes, active individuals, and people seeking to move and feel their best.

Chandler earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from The University of Texas at Tyler, graduating summa cum laude while competing as a collegiate softball player. She went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Northern Arizona University, further refining her clinical skills and deepening her commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Her approach blends hands-on treatment, individualized programming, and a performance mindset. Whether guiding elite athletes back to competition or helping everyday individuals return to the activities they love, Chandler prioritizes outcomes that last.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys hiking and staying active, embodying the same principles of movement and longevity that she brings to her patients every day.
